Welcome to Frset. Please read the following terms carefully before using this application. By downloading, installing, or using Frset, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, please do not use this application.

Overview

Frset is a native productivity toolkit for macOS that provides the following features:

License

Frset grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use this application on macOS devices that you lawfully own, control, or are authorized to use, for personal use or your organization's internal business use. Unless we explicitly permit it in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, or provide this application as a service to any third party.

Data & Privacy

Frset is designed with a local-first architecture. Your clipboard records, screenshots, color records, calendar content, preferences, and other content data processed by the app are stored on your local device by default and are not uploaded to Frset's servers as product content data.

To improve the product experience, analyze feature usage, and diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues, Frset may collect limited product analytics and diagnostic data, such as device identifiers, device and system information, application version information, subscription status information, feature usage events, and crash or performance diagnostics.

Because Frset may keep clipboard history locally on your device, you are responsible for handling passwords, verification codes, private keys, financial information, identity information, and other sensitive content with care. Frset is not liable for any disclosure, loss, or other damage resulting from your copying, storing, or otherwise processing such sensitive information with the application. If you do not want such content to be retained, avoid processing it with the application or promptly clear the relevant history afterward.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain Frset features may now or in the future be offered as one-time purchases, subscriptions, or other paid offerings. Pricing, billing periods, included benefits, and scope of access are shown on the App Store or the relevant purchase page at the time of purchase.

Where applicable, your purchase may include a free trial. Whether a trial is offered, how long it lasts, when billing begins after the trial, and whether the purchase renews automatically are all determined by the information shown on the App Store or the relevant purchase page when you confirm your purchase.

If you purchase a subscription or other digital goods through the Apple App Store, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by Apple and subject to Apple's then-current rules and policies. Unless required by applicable law, Frset does not offer an additional standalone refund policy for orders placed through Apple. If paid services are later offered through another authorized channel, the rules shown on that channel's purchase page will apply.

Third-Party Services

Certain features of Frset rely on third-party services. By using those features, you understand and agree that the relevant data may be processed in accordance with the applicable third-party provider's policies and terms.

AI Features

Some Frset features (such as AI Tools) rely on third-party service provider APIs. When using these features:

Search Services

When using Quick Search, search requests are sent directly to the search engine of your choice. Frset does not intercept or modify search content.

Analytics & Diagnostics

Frset uses third-party services Mixpanel, PostHog, and Sentry for product analytics, crash collection, and performance diagnostics. These services may receive data related to device information, application version, feature usage, error details, and performance behavior. For details on data collection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Frset and all its content, features, and design (including but not limited to source code, icons, interface design, and documentation) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and are owned by Frset.

This application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

You are solely responsible for the storage and handling risks of any sensitive information that you intentionally copy, save, or process with the application, including passwords, verification codes, private keys, financial information, and identity information.

You understand and agree that your use of this application is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frset and its developers shall not be liable for:

App Updates

Frset may release updates from time to time to fix issues, improve features, or enhance security. We recommend keeping the application updated to the latest version for the best experience.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of this application at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you should delete this application and all copies.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of this application constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
